The past 2 years has been pretty tough for all of us. The covid pandemic made us doubt about ourselves & our future. We've got easily lost in the worldwide panic and new sanitary laws. 

2022 seems to be less rough on us, as all the specialists agree that the pandemic might be official over in the next few months.

So babe, if you ever feel lost, don't panic because  here is your guide to find your way!


💋Visual boards

A vision board is a place that displays what you want in life. When you hang it in a space where you see it daily, your vision board brings your goals and aspirations to life.
A vision board is a physical representation of a goal or goals that you’re aiming to achieve.
It is a collage of items that are meant to kick start your imagination and help you visualize those goals.
Think of it like a Pinterest board, but in the real world, something you can pin photos, magazine cut-outs, keepsakes, and other bits of awesomeness to in order to keep you inspired and motivated toward something you want to do, to be, to have, or to otherwise manifest.
Start today, go on Pinterest and print pictures that make you think " I want this to be my future!".  Be creative and admire your future on your visual board everyday!


💋Affirmations

Positive affirmations are phrases you can say, either aloud or in your head, to affirm yourself and build yourself up, especially in the midst of difficult situations. They’re a way of helping overcome negative thoughts that can sometimes take over and make you doubt yourself.
Affirmations have helped thousands of people make significant changes in their lives.
To change your life you need to know what are your weaknesses or what goal you want to achieve. For instance, you want to be more confident, affirmations you can say repeatedly can be " I am strong and powerful". "I am confident", "I am charismatic".
Say what it is you want, so you become exactely it. 
I recommand to say affirmations before falling asleep it works better as your subsconscious mind takes control and make it become a reality.


💋Journaling


I love journaling. It does really help me to find light when everything seems to fussy!
I recommand to buy a notebook and write your goals your dreams. Once you have done that, write a plan to achieve each one of your goals. It is good to dream and have goals but it is better to realize your dreams. So do your research, listen to podcast, read book to elaborate your plan!


💋Schedule & deadline


Once you know what are your goal you need a deadline! This is super important. Most of the time people dream big but don't act on it. It doesn't make any sense and won't help you anyway. You need to write down your goals and for each goal you need to have a deadline! It will make you more motivated to achieve your goal! 


💋Sports


I can't stress this enough: SPORTS SHOULD BE MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO GLOW UP!
Sports have so much benefits, especially for your mental wellbeing I still understand why not more people practice it!
Mental wellbeing includes factors such as individuals’ ability to develop their potential, work productively and creatively, build strong and positive relationships with others and contribute to their community.
Also, sports help you manage stress. Exercise causes your body to release endorphins, the chemicals in your brain that relieve pain and stress. It also reduces the levels of stress hormones, cortisol and adrenaline. Studies have shown that 20 to 30 minutes of exercise each day can make people feel calmer.
Studies have shown that physical activity can increase self-esteem and reduce depression and anxiety.
Sports will help you have a clearer mind and feel better, So what are you waiting for babe?

Art, no matter whether you choose to create it yourself or simply observe and enjoy it, is a relaxing and inspiring activity for many people.
Creating art boosts self-esteem and provides a sense of accomplishment.
However, the particular benefits of artistic expression go much further than relaxation and enjoyment. Studies suggest that art therapy can be very valuable in treating issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and even some phobias. It is a great way to express your emotions without words, process complex feelings and find relief.

So when in doubt, create art!
